These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of convertyourgiftcards.co.uk and cashifygcmart.com (collectively, "the Platform"), operated by Cashify GC Mart Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

By using our Platform or submitting a gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use our services. By submitting a card, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Lawful Ownership

By submitting a gift card, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the gift card.
• The gift card was obtained by lawful means.
• The gift card is not stolen, fraudulently obtained, or the subject of any dispute.
• You have not previously sold, transferred, or pledged the card to any other party.

Submitting a fraudulent or stolen card constitutes an offence under the Fraud Act 2006 and Theft Act 1968 and will be reported to Action Fraud UK and relevant law enforcement agencies.

3. Card Verification and Valuation

We reserve the right to verify the balance and authenticity of any gift card before processing payment. If the actual balance differs from the stated balance, we will contact you and offer a revised rate. You are not obligated to accept a revised offer.

We reserve the right to refuse any submission at our discretion without providing reasons.

4. Payment

Upon successful verification, we will process payment via your chosen method (bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut, Monzo, Cash App, Wise, or cryptocurrency). Typical payment times are outlined on our How It Works page. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

For submissions over £500, we may require identity verification before processing payment, in line with our AML obligations.

5. Rates and Offers

Rates displayed on the Platform are indicative and may change without notice. The rate that applies to your transaction is the rate agreed at the time of submission confirmation, not the displayed rate. We reserve the right to withdraw or revise any offer before payment is made if we discover fraud, misrepresentation, or a material discrepancy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Submit gift cards obtained through fraud, theft, or deception.
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to manipulate or defraud our verification processes.
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashify GC Mart Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount we agreed to pay for the specific transaction in dispute.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Cashify GC Mart Ltd. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
