What's the minimum and maximum card value?
We accept cards with a minimum face value of £5. There is no set maximum, though for very high-value submissions (over £500), we may request identity verification as part of our AML compliance obligations.
Do I need to provide my card details upfront?
You can submit an inquiry without providing your card number and PIN. Once we confirm we want to proceed at an agreed rate, you then share the card details securely. We never require card credentials before you're comfortable proceeding.
What if my card has a different balance than expected?
We check the actual balance before processing payment. If the balance differs from your stated amount, we'll contact you and offer a revised rate based on the actual balance. You're never obligated to proceed if the adjusted offer doesn't suit you.
Do you accept partially used gift cards?
Yes. We accept partially used cards as long as the remaining balance is at least £5. Simply enter the remaining balance when submitting your card.
Do you accept international cards?
We primarily accept UK-region gift cards. Some international cards (e.g. US Amazon or iTunes) may be accepted at adjusted rates. Please contact us before submitting to confirm eligibility and the applicable rate.

What happens if I submit a fraudulent card?
Any fraudulent, stolen, or third-party cards submitted to our platform are immediately reported to Action Fraud UK and may result in referral to law enforcement. This is a legal obligation under the Fraud Act 2006. All submissions are logged.
